Palau

I went to Palau this time. Ocean and nature were very beautiful. Rock Islands of Palau have more than 200-300 islands and was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2012. Most of the islands are uninhabited, less than 10 islands have people living on them and the population is only about 20,000. 

Nature is the biggest attraction anyway. I did snorkelling, kayaking and trekking to a waterfall. Everything was great! I would like to recommend everyone to go! But if you want to have fun with food and shopping,  maybe there isn't enough?   

I was able to refresh and recharge my energy from nature! And also to meet warm and friendly local people.

           

I would like to visit again someday!

New Room!

Dale's "other face"!

He made a new lesson room and doors for the kitchen recently.

It took only 2 days for the new room! Great job!

I wonder why most other country's people can do such carpentry work?

The rooms have become very easy to warm up!

Christmas Party

Thank you very much for coming to our Christmas party! It was potluck lunch as usual. Various kinds of dishes gathered.

Quiche, clam dip, Japanese cake and so on. Every dish was so delicious. Dale made Chocolate chip cookies with walnuts. It was good too!
Potluck party is good. Because we can hear new recipes and increase our repertoire by experiencing other people's food. It makes for good conversations in itself.
